Patrick joined the RealtySouth Family of Services in 2006. He has served in several different roles. While in real estate sales he was a multi-million dollar producer and an office top producer. As an Associate Broker he continued in real estate sales as well as an instructor for Alabama Real Estate Salesperson pre-license, post license and Broker pre-license and post license.
In 2017 he made a move to another member of the family of services, by joining the TitleSouth Closing Center team as a paralegal. Providing closing services in the Inverness, Trussville, I-459SW McCalla and Jasper Offices. June of 2017 brought another change as he was named the settlement agent for TitleSouth Closing Center Alford Avenue location. Now serving clients and their agents six different locations. Patrick's unique background of being in real estate sales for many years brings comfort to his clients as he knows exactly what it is like to be in their shoes!
Patrick has extensive knowledge of Alabama Real Estate License Law regarding agency, brokerage, contracts and regulations. He served as the Chair of the Birmingham Association of Realtors Grievance Committee for the 2017 year and strives to uphold members to the highest level of professionalism ensuring their success as well as their clients interests.
Although he no longer is active in sales, he provides quality, educational and entertaining continuing education to hundreds of licensees a year. His current classes include:

He has served as a committee member for the Calhoun State Community College Allied Health Advisory Board and the Business Education Advisory Committee at the Jefferson County Board of Education.
During a short period away from RealtySouth, Patrick served as the Community Relations Coordinator for a Birmingham based non-profit providing services to underprivileged children and expectant mothers.
He served three years as a Junior Board Member with Children's Aid Society of Alabama and has been an administrative staffer for nine years with Camp APAC, a camp for children who were previously or are currently in the Alabama foster care system. Patrick has an enormous heart for the Alabama's children and those for those who are less fortunate.
He attends Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Birmingham where he is a Music Cantor and Eucharistic Minister. He is a lifelong resident of Birmingham and has a miniature dachshund, Lucy.
